LEADERSHIP TEAM

Our Pastor

Rev. Anthony Bisulca was ordained to the ministry  by the International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies (IFCA). He served as youth leader and Bible teacher in his previous church before joining the Christian Assembly family in 1997. He was also secretary for the National Youth Committee for the Christ Crusaders.  After serving on the Board of elders, teaching Bible classes and preaching, he answered the call to become our Pastor in June of 2012, first on an interim basis, then officially in 2013.  Nancy is a lifelong member of CABX and serves alongside him in various capacities in the children’s, outreach, and worship ministries.

Continuing the vision set beforehand, their desire is to lead their brothers and sisters in Christ in an ever-deepening relationship with God, so that each church member grows in the Lord and is increasingly more effective in serving for the kingdom of God. “ Our ultimate mission is that, through the empowering work of the Holy Spirit, CABX will radiate the love and light of Jesus Christ to all our neighbors, so that they may experience the joy of His salvation! “ Pastor Anthony & Nancy were married in 1997 and have two sons, Joseph and Anthony Daniel.

Youth Ministry Directors

Vincent  and Nicole Restivo have been in youth ministry here at CABX since 1997. They work diligently and faithfully together to minister to the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of our youth and young adults. Their desire is to see revival in the hearts of our youth and to empower them to touch the lives of those around them bringing in a harvest of souls and witnessing that "army rising up."  Bro.Vinny also serves on our Board of elders as  lead usher and Bible teacher.  In addition, he has  served on the Eastern District Youth Committee (One Accord) since 2009.

Nicole has also been our worship leader for over 20 years, committing herself eagerly and fully to the work of God, and understanding that worship is not just a church activity, but a way of life. Growing up as a pastor’s kid, Nicole has led worship for countless services and rallies. With a prophetic anointing of the Holy Spirit, the congregation is drawn to a more intimate, and powerful time of worship. Vinny & Nicole were married in 1995 and have three children, Charlie, Michael & Lauren.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Elizabeth Bavaro has been in children’s ministry for over 30 years!  She has also served CABX as our pastor’s wife with Rev. Stephen Bavaro from 1998-2012.  An Elder of our church and pillar of the Faith, she brings her lifelong experiences of love, wisdom and knowledge to our Christian Assembly family as she fulfills the role of Titus 2:4-5.  Sis. Liz has also held the office of secretary and co-director for the Eastern District Women’s Ministry from 2001-2014.

The heartbeat of her service has always been for the children. Whether it be organizing VBS or directing a play ,her desire is to see Christ continually dwell in their hearts and be strengthened with power by the Holy Spirit to live overcoming lives as they grow in grace and in the wisdom of the Lord. (Eph. 3:14-19).

Sis. Liz has two children, Nicole and Stephen, but is known as “mom” to many more here at CABX.
